Abstract
Anthropology is one of the fundamental topics of philosophy and also political philosophy. Every (political) philosopher necessarily pays special attention to the discussion of man, and by studying the anthropology of a philosopher, one can better understand his political view and the effects of this view on society. In a sense, human knowledge has always been one of the most important human concerns in different ages. In the meantime, knowing the political dimension of man helps in better regulation of social relations. This issue has raised the attention to political anthropology in universities and research institutes of developed countries. The question that this article seeks to explain is, how human is the political man considered by the Islamic humanistic philosopher Moskowieh. In order to investigate it, it is done based on the context-oriented method of Quentin Skinner, in such a way that firstly, it is referred to the time of Ibn Maskowieh and why the attention to man is analyzed in the period of Al-Boyeh, and then the analysis of Moskowieh's political anthropology is done. The findings of the research show that the person considered by Moskoweh becomes the owner of political rights if he is virtuous.
